So, where are you hipsters eating and drinking these days? Any places friendly to vegetarians worth going to? Planning to try Yam'tcha and going to L'Arpege at some point.

Vegetarian dishes at L'Arpege were some of the finest food (not finest vegetarian food) I've eaten. I went for lunch which is much less expensive.
 
at LMC there are at least 3-4 veg dishes per night (6-11euros), plus a bunch of 2005 CRB Gamay, Pico Chablis, 2005 Collier Saumur white, Castex, Bain, Grapperie, Benier, Durieux, Derain, etc....
