Voiren-Jumel Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru, Cramant:
chalky with citrus notes, creamy. tiny bubbles, and full bodied. it tastes too good to analyze.
sorry for the generic note, but it is little more than predictable. still delicious though.
side note- their Grand Cru was a wine I had an other-earthly moment with last New Year's when we paired it with a home made oyster rockafeller. I just remember it being tightly focused, less dosage, and nice citric verve.
I think it should always be Champagne season.
