Rain or shine, 3 - 4 mile walk ~6 AM every day then various exercises e.g. chinups, ab crunches, pushups, etc. Plus, I try to avoid elevators like the plague and try to stay active otherwise. Plus, I'm very careful about what I eat e.g. low carbo, minimal bread/potatoes, almost no butter, no hamburgers/Fritos/potato chips/etc., plus lots of salads, vegetables, etc.
I weigh every morning without exception to keep the right focus.
Altogether, it's definitely a balancing challenge.
