2011 Coudert Griffe

VLM

VLM
Um, pretty much closed. It was delicious in a young sort of way at about 45 minutes after opening and decanting to about 2 hours. Day 2 it nudged a little bit, but not enough to drink well. Undeniably excellent material underneath, BTW.

Hold and hold. I'll check another in a couple years or so.

I've never tasted this.

But I've now consumed the regular bottling of Roilette 2011 on multiple occasions, and continue to have issues. And this is a wine I've liked every year for as long as I can remember. Including 2008.

agree on the 2011 regular. but, 2010 and 2012 are drinking great right now so i think 2011 must have been a tough vintage for whatever reason.

drank the 2011 Griffe the other night with similiar impression as vlm's.
