levi, do you put varnelli's amari in the same league as the other producers you mentioned?

Varnelli Sibilla and dell'Erborista are both good products, if very different from each other. And instructive in the Italian way of combining sweet honey with bitter something else. I wonder if the Sibilla is caramel colored? I don't actually know. dell'Erborista is difficult for me to drink by itself. I need at least the oils of an orange rind, and maybe also some soda water added.
