Domaine Chignard Fleurie Les Moriers '11 -- Purple red, fragrant dark fruits (cherries/berries/plums/etc.), earthy bouquet, floral notes, medium body/grip, agile and vivacious, drinking well with promising future. [VG]

This Kermit Lynch selection and similar Beaujolais may set the standard for complementing the traditional turkey/dressing/gravy fare...it certainly worked well on this occasion!!!

just had the '12 last night, with leftover ribeye roast, polenta with mushrooms, and a radicchio/fennel sauté, and it was just perfect.
