PA loses a "consumer advocate"

If I was on a jury in Pennsylvania hearing his case I might have a hard time voting guilty, given the wine they get there.

They actually get decent wine in PA and in theory you can orde anything you want. But the distribution is a train wreck. Among many other drawbacks to the system.
Doing what this guy did was flat out stupid.
 
I guess the stop snitching code is not enforced in the suburbs. May have been neighbors who didn't appreciate all the traffic or disastisfied customers who turned him in.
 
Yeah, my guess is that it was someone who'd dealt with him and bore him some animus. Perhaps a refusal to refund a corked wine, or unwillingness to part with a highly allocated wine. Worse yet, it could have been an extortion effort gone awry.
