Scott, Tough call! Here is my take...

Sagratino di Montefalco Colpetrone '03 -- Dark red, closed in bouquet, dark berries, thick fruit aromas, quite full on palate, quite primary and concentrated, thick tannins, generous dark fruits, acid is "there", youthful almost attenuated profile, wine probably(?) will come around with time. [E?]
