2005 Domaine Vincent Girardin Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru, Abbaye de Moreot, Villes Vignes, alc 13.5%...pale yellow color...rich fruit (and some oak) driven palate....unctous comes to mind...did well with Barb's Creamy artichoke chicken over saffron rice...
nothing "premature" about this...quite nice with the food
 
93 niellon vergers was not shabby tonight.

tho neither unctuous nor oaky struck me as good descriptors.
