Misled by a mailer?

Plaintiff seems to be a fairly litigious fellow. Looking for a copy of the complaint (slow day at the office, gimme a break) yielded the NY Supreme Court's recent response to his demand to "compel the return 36,000 photographs and an Easy Boy recliner" from an ex-lover.

Maybe the break-up caused all wine to taste bitter?

At least he was pro se in the suit against his fomer GF; it shocks me that he has a law firm representing him in the Grapes action. I hope Grapes has moved for sanctions.
