Bandol 2001 & couscous royal at the TGJP

Hello,
Last friday, we made a very nice dinner with 6 Bandol 2001 (Tempier, Pibarnon, Gros Noré, Terrebrune, La Suffrene & La Tour du Bon) and 2 Corbières (Maxume Magnon). See

I'm not clear what you mean by losing patience. Do you not feel 2001 was a good vintage for Bandol? Or are you saying you are losing patience waiting for the wines to blossom?

The porte-gourdin has two left hand. So, I'm affraid that the porte-gourdin will break the bottles with the gourdin.

2001 was a very nice vintage in Bandol, but the wine are still so young... So were gonna loose patience.
