Beaucastel CNdP '05 in fine form!

Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf-du-Pape '05 -- Dark red, complex effusive bouquet, black fruits, garrigue, leather, blackberries, earth, plenty of muscle but in a refined way, lots of depth, all in balance, no sediment (?), compelling and drinking well even at this early stage. [E]

Served with grilled tuna, guacamole, lima beans, and Mexican chips.
