Like the old Orleans song, this wine is still the one which can scratch my itch: Alice Bonaccorsi's "ValCerasa", Etna bianco, 2009. As delightful as last time: honeyed salinity, green almond, a Chartreuse-like herbal dimension with fine lemony acidity and good concentration. Excellent. This should have been a case purchase. 13% A-/A
