Rationing the rosé

I don't know if this is related, but there was a distinct shortage or rose this summer in the Southern Rhone because of a lot of coulure with the grenache which meant that more of that grape went into the red CdRs.

My personal supply is down to nil. Bad planning.

All the end of summer tomatoes, I'm thinking what will we drink with Gazpacho?
Maybe sherry.

Croteaux Vinyards, a rose only estabishment on the North Fork of Long Island, sold out of thier stock and closed their doors on the 15th of August. It's not like you're making pizzas here. "Just come back tomorrow!"
