Zachary, I presume you live in old Bohemia, which, I understand, is the sole remaining terrestrial region where interactive butchers can be found.
 
Living within short distance of a real butcher was part of the calculus in the decision to relocate to Bohemia, I mean Brooklyn.

I've been trying to sell the family on Christmas cassoulet for a couple years now, but sadly I'm not making any progress.
