Well, I won't be staying there but I will be visiting.

So far, I have identified two wine stores: Gary's, which has some LDM wines so there is hope, and Madison Wine Cellar, a specialist in Croatian and Slovenian wines. I think I don't know enough about what to look for.
 
if you dig through red burgs at Gary's, you may be pleasantly surprised
 
Gary's is a good store. I was on grand jury duty with one of their sales people.

Unforunately I don't remember his name. A rather large guy.

When dealing with wine from that part of the world, I've always done well following the adage "the fewer vowels in the wine's name, the more authentic it is."

-Eden (extra points for wines having two or more different diacritical marks per syllable)
 
Riper, but not flabby. I liked it a fair bit.

But I would say, treat Movia Lunar like you would an old red wine. Stand it up for a few days if you can, and decant it off the sediment. But serve it a touch cooler than an old red wine, of course.
 
Finally there.

Coudert 2013 "Tardive" is wonderful, earthy, floral, crisp, very slight scent of Play-Doh and black cherries. Can't wait to see what happens to it tomorrow.

Last night I opened the 08 and the 07 in sequence and the 08 definitely seemed to lack acidity. I didn't/don't decant the sediment in both cases, maybe that's like eating certains cheeses with their rinds. The 07, however, remains the Claire's Knees. Both were lambic and chewy.
