Some quick notes from the cellar with Marc Hanes and the Dysfunctional Duo:
Vatan 2002 Sancerre "Clos Neore" - stinky nose, palate only passably better
Fischer 1990 Ockfener Bockstein R A Goldkap - gorgeous, lost a lot of its sweetness
Knoll 2000 GV Loibenberg Smaragd - I guess gruner doesn't change much as it ages...
Tissot 2010 Trousseau "Sans Souffre" - nice
Druet 1997 Bourgueil "Grand Mont" - lotsa bell pepper, nice
S. Magnien 2011 Chambolle-Musigny 1er "Les Sentiers" - very perfumey
Biondi-Santi 1978 Brunello - alive but lean
Texier 1999 Cote-Rotie - tasty, tangy
Roty 1988 Gevrey-Chambertin 1er "Les Fontenys" - gorgeous
G. Vernay 2012 St-Joseph - woody
Dom. Baumard NV Coteau du Layon "Cuvee Ancienne" - purchased a dozen years ago or so, gentle, fading, not too sweet
C. Moreau 2002 Chablis "Les Clos" - a little low acid, lots of phenolics, very nice
