Seriously NWR: Free website software?

Would anyone here have any insight regarding all the free software out there for building your own website? Particularly as it would relate to a person ignorant of HTML but fluent in Photoshop?

Need a simple website: homepage, contact, products list page, products. Basically that's it. Some pictures and text. Most important thing is that it be easy to edit/update and to create new pages. Don't need hosting.

The web seems to recommend: WIX, Wordpress or Squarespace. Is one better than the other? Is there something else?

Any help is greatly appreciated as we drag our business into the 1990s.

Also, is it true people can send e-mail through a telephone?

Best,
Kay

I've been doing some research also and came across this pretty good summary:

I have spend some time experimenting in SquareSpace and I really like the styles and templates available. I have also played in Weebly (another free website builder). I think Weebly is a little easier to get going from scratch with, but SquareSpace is better from a template and style perspective once you have started.

I have not spend much time with WordPress, but the following assessment of SquareSpace and WordPress gives a nod to each in different areas.

SquareSpace isn't free, but for a personal site is about $8 a month, Weebly is cheaper and also has a free option (with a Powered by Weebly in the footer).
