Tight upon opening but with air, yeasty, bright, full flavored with a consistent bead. And after an hour open, as good a Champagne as I have tasted.

2013 Dirty and Rowdy, Mouvedre, Especial:
A wine I could drink every week. Lightweight, complex, lively, exuberant - the perfect bistro bottle but with enough stuffing to age medium term. Delightful.

Enjoyed at the beach with pizza to celebrate thirty years of marriage.
Finest kind.
