The First Act

Day 1, this is pretty skinny. Really lightweight Beaujolais. Watery. Worrisome.

The Weight-Gain Act

Day 2, this is a surprise. Much weightier, earthier, an herbal note (thyme?), much more like Morgon. Stands up to pot roast, though still a little overwhelmed by oil-cured olives.

The Disappearing Act
