With braised lamb shanks....1994 Paul Jaboulet Aine "La Chapelle" Hermitage...alc 13%....decanted for 30 minutes ....mod sediment...sl browning.....amazingly rich nose.....wonderfully balanced and drinking marvelously.....way better than expected
