Integrated

Guessing shorthand for Integrated Pest Management (which is usually shortened to "IPM"). In theory it means generally using sustainable/organic growing methods but not ruling out use of chemical herbicides/pesticides as situationally warranted. In practice find it a pretty meaningless label without first knowing something about the producer. Kind of like trying to derive meaning from "all-natural" at the supermarket.

which is neither sustainable nor organic.

But like the "reasoned approach" many winegrowers in France take, no?

That's right. It's a rather literal translation of lutte raisonnée. It is the same as IPM, which is basically conventional agriculture, but using more modern monitoring techniques to time sprays.
