That's what I've said, lo these three times. Although I think the rule of 15 is more like the outside edge for the regular, I would happily subscribe, on the basis of not enough experience, to the rule of 10.

It looks like we were talking at cross purposes. I subscribe to the rule of 3, but I guess it is usually 4-5 years from vintage.
