After 15 minutes, Still very primary. Beautiful, pure fruit on the attack. Juicy and linear as it goes down. Definitely a bit tannic on the finish.

Rahsaan, depends on how resolved you like your Roilette. And maybe this will be even more civilized tomorrow, but to me, it fits the "drink and hold" mold very well. Plenty of pleasure and interest right now, but I have no doubt it will be better (I.e., my sense of what is pleasurable) in 2-3 years.

ETA: after 30 minutes, it is just beautiful. Young; sure. Some hard edges, yes. But a pleasure to drink.
 
Well I was strongly leaning towards putting them away until Kirk's posts.
