We rarely go out for dinner.

JoAnne is a very good cook so I pick the wine and we enjoy dinner at home with reliable self-service, comfortable everyday attire (read: cutoffs and the like), and, of course, the welcome feeling of being (relatively) frugal.

Definitely the worst part about eating at home all the time is the shitty, inattentive service. I sat at the dinner table for nearly an hour last night before a waiter came by.

Also, if you invite me to your home, I am much more likely to fall asleep during dinner, than at a restaurant. Or so I've been told.
