Berlin and western Germany

I guess we are all thinking about vacation today!

I'll be heading to Germany, too: roughly a week in Berlin (and environs), then another week in various points west... Aachen, Koln, Frankfurt, Worms, Heidelberg. Destinations will be touristic and historical, so, alas, we'll do no driving along riverside vineyards.

The evenings, however, are free. Do any Disorderlies live thereabouts?

I do recommend Horvath in Berlin. The list at Tim Raue is very good,but I found the food overly sweet. And I regret not having been able to get to Rutz. Avoid the Barn (coffee).

Aha. I'll be there for much of 2016 and a bit at end of Aug/early Sept 2015. Just missing you.

I do know that big Berserkerly board has some Berlin members, who like to put on tastings. Not sure if you participate.
