2012 Puzelat-Bonhomme Pétillant Naturel Rosé

My first time with this wine. Holy SHEET. That is some savory, savory pét' nat. A lot of things going on with its texture. It has great fruit and acid, a tang to go with the crust. Like some kind of strawberry-citrus curd in a shortbread shell. Or something. Just love this.

It is also non dosé, for those watching their liqueur d'expédition.
