The 2005 Clisson was lovely; beautifully balanced.
Aubert de Villaine's estate makes Burgundy that is a joy to drink and this bottle, at ten years of age, had secondary development to augment its charming fruit.
1999 was a good year in Cornas and this Cuvée SC bottling from Juge was quite good with the weight and texture of Burgundy but the meaty, underbrush notes of the AOC.
Pretty nice night of tasting.
