Are we really looking for evidence of a Fourrier transform?

I think the question is whether it's fast or not...

In what domain?

I thought the domain(e) was Fourrier based on the frequency with which that name has occurred in this thread.

Of course, I had it all wrong. I was looking for Castello Euler. Or was that the Houston Eulers. It's been so long.

I think you are prone to exaggeration, sir - I just went to wine-searcher and punched in clos st jacques and four years ago - and got several listings in the NY area for the 2001 for $75 - which is about what that cru cost for the 01, perhaps a tad less for the 99 when released and a bit more for the 02 - and I certainly didn't pay $425 for the 05! In fact, I paid less for the 05 than I did for the 02. I agree the 05 was too expensive here if you bought the rosenthal import - but even he didn't mark it up that much.

Sadly Fourrier has gone up a LOT in price in the past 2 years, hopefully this economic "bump", as our so-called leaders refer to it, will bring things back to earth. I know my stock of his wines will need replenishing soon.
