Aaron has temporarily moved to Paris to begin research on a forthcoming book. He has been posting wonderful harvest pictures on various social media outlets and has just summarized in a blog post.

love the photos

Steve - Not sure if you saw them but there are a lot more on Facebook. I have never been to Beaujolais and was quite surprised to see some of the winey equipment and setups.

Aaron's great; thanks for the link, Robert.

BJ, good question. On that note, I had a chance to kvetch with a couple of people who should be posting here, last weekend. I'm not sure I convinced them, but at least I gave it the old college try.

Nice stuff. I have no idea who Aaron is, but the book on Beaujolais sounds promising. Does anybody know if there is a particular angle?

the "about" tab on his blog has a basic summary, if that is what you were after.

Thanks. And it jogs my memory that I've read the very same blog in the past. Good stuff.

It says tab is a diet cola soft drink produced by The Coca-Cola Company, introduced in 1963

Ah,TAB. if only I could recreate on film the first time I encountered a 16 year old beautiful girl in Ocean Beach (Fire Island) order a rum & Tab.....even (especially?) for a confused gay 16 year old boy, it was breathtaking.
