Mark, you must know that this sort of performance art should not expected to be linear or logical in its development, execution or dénouement. Nor does it follow the "yes, but be delicious" rule previously discussed.

Mark, we couldn't get the wines we preferred.

The (kind of a fall back) Taylor-Fladgate actually worked out fine with the group, including when the mignardise arrived at the table. (Except for the VERY high alcohol level!!)

The cheese souffle was awe inspiring.
