TN: New, experimental wine rating system

Still working out the details but here is a test note of the new rating scale I'm working on: the Prom System.

Class of 2014 Pepiere, Clos du Briords VV, Muscadet: The limo is clean, seats are vinyl. Inside the punch is apricot, the disco ball is shimmering and the dancing is lively. We cut out early and head for the shore for some brisk sea air.

Admittedly the system needs some work but I think there is potential.

This has no romance to it. It's wine, we need to sell fantasy and lifestyle.
And Pepiere feels more down to earth than this. Perhaps Rougeard is the pumpkin carriage?
