Marechal, Catherine et Claude 2005 Chorey-les-Beaune - Day 1: deep-pitched berry and blackcurrant, a touch of earth and a touch of Old Burgundy funk (cheese?), maybe still a bit tannic/rustic and I think this has a bit more life in it yet; nice match with my cassoulet.
I'll get back to the rest on Sunday probably.
Day 3 (Sunday): Basically unchanged after two days in the fridge. Maybe the tannins have unclenched a wee bit. One glass left in the bottle.
