It is Don Rice's birthday. How old is the Loire wine you'll be drinking?

Happy Birthday, Don! Jeez, an older Chenin? The oldest I've got is a '96 CdB 1er Trie, but I'm not sure that it's quite the right moment for that. I'll have to rummage around.

Thanks everyone. The hoped-for bottle of old Foreau bonnet rouge hasn't arrived yet, so we'll have to come up with something else to celebrate another trip around the sun.

Has anyone tried the recent RWC release of Huet 95 Pet yet?
