Carmarans 2014 IGP Aveyron "Maximus" - zingy acidity is front and center, carbonic, dark and minerally and lightweight but the typical fer servadou "leafiness" is pretty restrained, alcohol is restrained too (11%), brought in by Fifi
 
I've loved past vintages of this wine, and others by Carmarans. I've found that the "Maximus" seems to blossom about 6-8 months after release.

He does a lot of mansoir bottlings. The archive here has at least 4 different ones by him. I guess "Bravo!" for the gumption to experiment.
