Great idea.
I've been working on a red beans with rice recipe in honor of all things NOLA and have been trying Andouille vs other kinds of sausage. The local butcher has a house made Linguica I used on Sunday and it worked pretty well.

I thought this was going to be a first hand description of the worlds greatest golf courses. I saw Coad's name and thought he would be describing the course at the Mauna Kea on the big island. Can't trust anything anymore. When are we going to be great again????
