'11 Ganevat Grusse en Billat (Chardonnay) is friggin awesome. One of those wines that makes your mouth water as you drink it. And then lasts as a haunting persistence a long time after it is gone. Touch of yellow waxy flowers and lemon zest on the nose is enchanting too.
