Excellent conventional flour can be had for $1.39/#

Excellent conventional is an oxymoron.

Is Caputo organic? If so, they do not advertise it the way the anti-GMO organics do in the States. I find it more than a little annoying to see GMO FREE emblazoned on my bag of wheat, when you couldn't find the full octane tomato-fish version if you tried. In any case, the pizza comes out tasty.

I have tried King Arthur organic and conventional. I could not tell the difference based on taste.

I am no baker but I was recently stunned by just how much better our local Nash's Red and White flours were than even the other local organic producers - a big wow.

Nash is such a great guy, and one of the best and most inspiring farmers I know.
