Yowzer. Opened over the weekend to accompany an al fresco dinner of grilled shrimp with a mango-habanero salsa. This was one of the few times I was able to act upon Jean's pronouncement of "We have to get more of this!" in the wake of the first bottle opened last year. No idea if there are lot numbers to distinguish separate bottlings. Still incredibly chiseled and zippy with its distinctive Riesling character in a bone-dry package. We could probably have downed a second bottle (especially in the muggy evening weather) but stopped with the one, secure in our knowledge that more lurk within the cellar.
