A Bunch of Wines, some of popular interest (maybe)

What's the scoop on 2007 Burgundy 1ers from good vignerons these days? Any recent forays? Or have most already been drunk up?

Ask me again in a while. I've just been told to try some. I had no interest in the fruit dominance after a year or two in bottle (interestingly, some took longer to achieve that very silly state, but eventually did as well), and left them alone realizing full well that waiting may come at a cost that I am willing to accept for my personal taste.

I had a batch of Bize Vergelesses in halves, the last of which I drank in 2016, and it was hea-ven-ly. I mean heartthrob city. Nothing else I've opened from 07 has come near - except the bottle of Briailles Cailleret I drank near the same time, thinking I'd grabbed and Ile. The Volnay was excellent, but very young.

Anyway, I have a few other things lying about and am wondering about them. Not enough of any one thing, unfortunately, to sacrifice a bottle at the temple of knowledge with detachment.
