Do you cooler kids know this producer? Totally new to me. Fantastic. Gift from a friend in Copenhagen. Not sure if it is all chard or blend of savagnin and chard. Would love to hear from someone who knows. (from the inter webs, i see the wine list at Fiskebar had this a while ago and said it was chard; no mention of sav.) It is so beautiful. Hints of white flowers, acacia honey, lemon zest against a smooth, crisp background of riverstones. Like Ganaevat at his best. Awesome
