Nice. So you decided to wait a bit on the Rebholz.

I love the fact that the risotto appears to be 1 part rice, 1 part girolle!

And good to hear such nice reports about the 09 Foillards.
 
The Rebholz should be opened in cold season with some mini-quiches Lorraine. May be for Christmas (december 2) with the agreement of the Bon Tyran.
Do you are in usa or still in Berlin ?
 
Since 2011, we're tasting the Beaujolais 2009, Foillard and Chamonard take first places. The others seems to be very far away. I don't know if one day Desvignes will be a nice bootle.
