Oh yes, that was one fantastic wine and amazing value. It was around so long I thought it would be in stores forever. Then one day it was gone and I only had one bottle left to hide away and wait on.
Speaking of which, anyone had the 1995 Foreau recently? Given how well the 1995 Huet showed last year I'm guessing it's in a good place?

95 F will show younger. But don't ask me, ask the man who really knows these things, the man on the North side of the border.

Had the '02 Foreau Brut on Sunday. A bit rougher and younger than the '02 Huet. Good, but my recollection of the '95 is that it was better. I expect it to come together and with time but what do I know?

Yeah, but couldn't you say this about any comparison between Foreau and Huet.
