The Luyt is usually a nice vin de soif. The Bodega Chacra Pinot Noir is from Patagonia and I've had a couple interesting bottles from them. The wines can be a little polished, but it's potentially an interesting terroir.

Chacra belongs to the Antinori clan, and they are indeed polished, and usually overpriced, so I tend to avoid.

Tasty bubbles for sure. Technically not a Cava as Raventos actually decided to leave the DO claiming it has become volume-oriented and lacking geographical distinction. They are trying to establish Conca del Riu Anoia (just rolls off the tongue doesn't it?) as a sparkling wine region with stricter production regulations.

hey, i like llamas, but don't know anything about C, A or U wines. (well, a different version of me in 1980 did like the crisp whites that the Punta del Este beach cafes mixed with fruit (gorgeous fruit) for clerico, but that is not helpful to Jeff.)

The fellow who started Bodega Chacra is the grandson of the man who started Sassicaia. I don't think either of them is involved with Antinori business (although I'm sure there's some relation, since they're Tuscan nobility).
The wines sometimes pop up in the US in the $30-40 range and are worth trying at those prices. This is one of the most serious projects in Patagonia, a region that's pretty interesting. I agree, I wouldn't spend $80-100 to sample, which is a common price for the Pinot Noir made from 1932 vines. But $67 on a restaurant list? Not bad.
