Trimbach 2007 Riesling "Cuvée Frédéric Emile" - drinking beautifully, quite full mouthfeel, dry without attack, ripe without excess weight, in a good place
Perillo 2004 Taurasi Riserva - also showing very well: fairly bright berry flavors over a little damp earth, this has a great balance of grip and glycerine to work with a big steakhouse dinner
