I don't think you should even be able to refuse to sell art to them because they are a same sex couple. If you are the artist, however, you probably should be able to refuse to sell to them because you think they can't really appreciate it. If you can make a wedding cake that you can evidentially claim a gay person couldn't appreciate, that might be another issue. But I'm not sure anyone could make a living selling such cakes.
