Dom Anne Gros Echezeaux Les Loachausses Grand Cru '07 - Lighter color than I might have expected, pungent spicy bouquet, impressive texture and fullness, all the components harmonizing albeit with slightly rough tannins, good core of fruit, superb Echezeaux, drinking well but will only smooth and mellow out with more time. [E]

Great pairing with filet mignon with red wine pepper sauce, haricots verts, and roasted yellow beets then Cyps Truffle Tremor Cheese with pear and apple.
