Just a quick note to say that I bought this for my father-in-law and a copy for myself for the holiday. I just opened it yesterday and started reading through it. Peter has produced an indispensable tome for where Champagne has come and where it is headed.

I hope so, as the beautiful set is shill-worthy.

I enjoyed the frank assessments, including noting instances of grower champagne that had yet to master very-low or no-dosage methods.

yes, ten speed press. printed in china. noted on back page.
