Domaine Huet Vouvray Clos du Bourg Demi-Sec '17 is a ready-to-drink delight. Lovely bouquet, hits all the right taste buds with nice round flavors, and finishes well. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide variety of pairings. Having said it is ready to drink now, it also has good potential for some rewarding development; however, it may not have the underpinnings and grip to make long term cellaring really worthwhile (possibly [probably?] a minority opinion!).
Superb with a Milanese Chicken dish and with a large Caesar's salad topped with fried oysters.
