TN: 2018 Beaujolais (Dec 3, 2019)

Was this really nearly a year ago? It must be since the 2019 Ducroux Exspectatia has been released and I managed to snag 2 bottles.

It was quite good with interesting complexity on day one, though it demanded food to show well. On day two after sitting out for about 2 hours it turned into the most delicious, velvety, liquified raspberry quartz I've ever had.

I would like to adapt this classic to 'life without Ducroux'

I don’t know these wines. (Do I?) You will have to educate me once that is again possible.

Don't feel too left out. I only found out about them at last year's Beaujolais tasting at Brad's.
